Trattoria Raccolto was founded by Joel & Savannah Schultz of Automotive Unlimited in Swift Current, and Dan & Amber McPhee of Southern Pressure Testers in Gull Lake.

This partnership between these local business owners began as a friendship, enjoying many meals and celebrating special occasions together. When the opportunity of creating a new dining experience in Swift Current presented itself, it became a dream that these foodies couldn't pass up.
