from the owners

Local businesses owners collaborate to bring passion, perspectives and overall, a great time.

Trattoria Raccolto was founded by Chef Garrett "Rusty' and Kristy Thienes of Harvest Eatery in Shaunavon, Joel & Savannah Schultz of Automotive Unlimited in Swift Current, and Dan & Amber McPhee of Southern Pressure Testers in Gull Lake.

This partnership between these local business owners began as a friendship, enjoying many meals and celebrating special occasions at Harvest Eatery. When the opportunity of creating a new dining experience in Swift Current presented itself, it became a dream that these restauranteurs & foodies couldn't pass up.

Each of the six owners of Raccolto collaborate to bring their own unique background, knowledge and experience in owning and operating successful businesses in Southwest Saskatchewan. They believe in the importance of investing within their communities and are thrilled to bring a unique new experience to Swift Current.
